Courteney Cox's Dress and Heels at the Premiere of "Scream 4"

Courteney Cox attended the premiere of her new movie, "Scream 4," last night (April 11) in Hollywood.

Courteney walked the red carpet for the premiere wearing a black halter with a high collar paired with a black bandage skirt with lace detailing at the hem both from The Row.

She added jewelry by Irit and completed her look with black patent pumps by Sergio Rossi.

Courteney also kept her hair down in a straight manner and wore a pink lip shade with silver eye makeup.
