Rebecca Romijn graces the cover of Vegas magazine and chats about Vegas, her husband Jerry O’Connell, being a mom, and getting in shape. Romijn, best known for portraying Mystique in several of the X-Men films, talked about her next upcoming film is Good Deeds, where she stars opposite Tyler Perry.
The former model looks gorgeous on the cover of the magazine in a Tom Ford Grapefruit tulle and georgette dress though she spends most of her time wearing what she describes as “mom flats.”
On being a mom, “Working all day on a TV set is so much more relaxing than being home and being Mommy. I started getting jealous of Jerry going off and doing The Defenders every day.”
Her husband co-stars in The Defenders, a drama about attorneys in Las Vegas, which is also the city where Rebecca and Jerry first met.
“My favorite Vegas story is the one where I met Jerry…we were at the pool at the Hard Rock Hotel. I was at my cabana and he was at a nearby cabana. He did a very good job of coming over and talking to me.”
Married and a couple kids later the actress tells the magazine how she gets her post baby body back in shape. “I started doing Bikram yoga, and I highly recommend it to any mother who wants to shock her body back into shape.”
